The truth of the matter is the opposite. It is the House and Senate that are approving the shots that are called by Donald Trump. They are hiding like cowards behind Donald Trump.

but he will hand all power to those horrible people he has been putting into his cabinet. I really do think he is just going to tell them to go to work and he is going to make deals around the world for his and his children's businesses. His only want is money and power. He will be there to take the credit for the work done but he will not be doing any of the work. He said HE would not mess with Medicare but he never said he would not allow who he put in charge not to.
