be ugly and to some it might be poetic justice. Tell me one reason why anybodyelse should follow another law put out by these States if they disobey laws themselves? Why should we obey another directive by any Police Officer ( Tim Mueller of Oregon) if he chooses and selects which law he will enforce? Did you hear this guy on MSNBC stating he would disobey laws because he chooses to select the laws he will carry out? So why should any other American citizen follow any laws? Why don't we just go out and arm ourselves and follow any laws we choose to follow as groups?

Is this in regards to the EOs that President Obama signed, laws that have been proposed (but not yet passed by Congress) or what?

If they have problems with the laws, they need to file a lawsuit and challenge them in courts or STFU and follow the law!

but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be taking them seriously either. I mean, the people introducing these bills aren't just a bunch of kooks and cranks (well, they are but....). They're actually making the laws and governing in these states. Are you suggesting that we just put them on ignore, figuratively speaking?

I would forcefully remove them from office for violating laws. They should be made an example of just like any other person that goes out side of the system the same as any other person they send to jail. What is the difference from common criminals that take laws into their own hands? Holder needs to do his job because it appears he would have a lot of business coming his way with the rightwing Republican party. They can call it being a Dictator all they want but I call it enforcing the laws. They are threats to our Democracy. They can always be replaced by people that can do the jobs with our high unemployment. Your Liberty can always be taken by committing Felonies, just like they took from others. A lot of those people in the Republican Party should be behind bars themselves.

greeting requests for that information makes me doubt the objective of the OP. One would think such a 'vow' by several States would make the news somewhere...

First the healthcare law in several states and now this. Both that can save lives but all they care about it profit and their toys. Oh and the black man not getting his way. State law cannot override federal ans if Clinton or Bush had done this they would not be making these foolish laws.

not near it with the crazies of the Republican Party. They think we are soft and weak. I got news for them. The only laws they obey is theirs. The only President they respect are theirs. They keep pushing it just like 1860. We'll be singing to John Brown again.

Otherwise you're just looking for a flamewar which I think might be the case since the popcorn.

This is a serious issue we need to make changes.
