the money for Katrina was requested by a white Republican, but the money for Sandy by a black Democrat.

So did one of the two from AL. I find it amazing that one of my so-called senators, Tim Scott voted against it. I guess the pathetic turd wasn't living in the heavily-gerrymandered district he formerly represented when Hugo decimated it. Amazing, but not surprising.
