Senator Durbin is right that Wayne LaPuke misses the point about background checks.

LaPuke says background checks don't stop criminals. Hello! If criminals can't get firearms that require background checks that stops that transaction. Granted that may drive transactions to the underground but that also increases the purchase cost and also reduces transactions.
