It's an old joke, but perfectly fitted to Romney's candidacy.
Not even Citizen's United can sell this tin can.

"Who's got the most marvelous packaging?" - We have!
"Who's got the premier distributors?" - We have!
"Okay. So why aren't we selling more of the product?"
