6. The difference between Cruz and Rand Paul

I disagree with probably 80% of Rand Paul's positions on the issues. I disagree with 100% of Cruz's positions. To me, Cruz is grandstanding and is simply a gasbag. Paul, on the other hand, I can see as loyal opposition most of the time because he really stands for something and I honestly believe that he's sincere and sure about his beliefs. You can tell when people who are intellectually honest and when they are just "positioning" and blowing with the wind. That defines Cruz - when he was back in Texas and now in Washington.

8. Judicial arrogance

The Constitution is well over 200 years old. For those 200 years people have been disagreeing on the interpretation of it. When Cruz and Feingold are both gone, People will still be debating the constitution. People like Cruz are so caught up in their group think and tribalism, that it is impossible for them to treat other opinions with any respect.
