as a Kentuckian...I didn't live here for 10 years of his term but I can't recall any legislation with his name on it.
He's always been a ghost in KY...only showing up at private events, really never being in the public eye. Or at least, until Ashley Judd popped up.
The turtle has come out of his shell and seen daylight in KY...I wish he'd go hide again.

In August 2007 McConnell introduced the Protect America Act of 2007, which allowed the National Security Agency to monitor telephone and electronic communications of suspected terrorists inside and outside the United States without obtaining a warrant.
