So, shooting HRC in the genitals is a symbolic and reflexive strike against her perceived feminist values.

He doesn't host a radio show. He has a website and airs his sick and distorted views from his home. Everything about the guy is fake, even his pic is not current, as he is now bald and heavy set. Santilli goes beyond normal right wing talk, Limbaugh and Hannity are not conservative enough for this guy. He believes that the raid on Osama Bin Laden was a fake and that the Navy SEAL Team Six was murdered to cover it. He blames Hillary for these supposed killings.
