Is the Tea Party making a comeback?

Despite being right-wing sources, Rassmussen and the Washington Times are reporting a spike in the tea party's approval rating and donations.

Whether or not this is true, we must stay vigilant. With a new spike in recent threats towards Obama and more tea party ads on the internet, we can't afford to let 2010 happen again.

Please, get out there and do what you can to help more progressives win. Let's try to grow our majority in the senate and take back the majority in the house of representatives.

Michelle Bachmann may have decided to not run for reelection, but she's still in the house for now.

Stay alert.

They seem to be either getting their way or stopping anything good from happening.

The best way to approach this is to field serious candidates in as many districts we can.

The thirty percent crazy in the electorate is permanent some areas just have a greater geographical concentration.

Every time the so called liberal media promotes the "both sides do it message" they reinforce and legitimize groups such as the Tea Party.

Only because of the logic of the IRS, which, if it was "law enforcement", would be like saying a group of people calling themselves the "Manson Family Reunion" might be worth looking into the possibility of plotting murders ...

(That probably isn't very clear ... anti-tax organizations filing for tax-exempt status might merit more scrutiny as would a group of people idolizing murderers might be good to "profile" in case someone plots to commit murder)

Conservatism can never die as it is a natural human instinct to resist change. The good news is that liberalism will always persevere eventually because progress of the human mind is eternal.

That said, progress can only occur if we get out and vote...in every election, every time.

ROCK THE VOTE 2014!!

And their approval ratings tanked as a result. If history is anything to go by, they'll go overboard with their accusations and shrillness and if they try and drag this IRS business too far, it'll rebound on them. From what I can tell, it's not a situation that was institutional or ordered by the highest officers of the land. People are getting tired of it already. What will it be like after another month of them hollering holy hell? Another three months? Another six? Another nine? A damn fucking year? They've been screaming "Benghazi" now for almost a year and they're still going at it. I'm not complacent about it. This is galvanizing for them and will make them surge to the polls in 2014. I wish their carping would make us surge in greater numbers to shut them the hell up.

now for 4 years at the very least. They never went anywhere. I think John Boehner really does want to work with the president on some level, but his hands are tied by the KKKoch Bros. and their backed Teabaggers.

As long as we have racism, as long as we have people who love wars, as long as we have people who feel a gun will solve all their problems, as long as we have people who feel the needy do not exist/should not ever be cared for and finally feel the government is of no use to anyone so therefore they should not have to pay taxes. Of course there is an exception to the last comment when they have an emergency to THEIR state and then the bad assed government should cough up money until it hurts.
