I think its absolutely wonderful; However, in simple terms has not Roberts essentially turned this into a
State Rights issue? And does that mean that if you are gay and from Oklahoma this ruling does little to enhance your life unless you move to a friendly state?

If I’m correct, then I still say fuck that group of 5 who are in the process of destroying our Country!

1. There are actually two decisions.

Neither of which is as sweeping as Roe v. Wade.

It's pretty clear that the SCOTUS majority wanted to avoid taking that kind of leap.

Federalist Society dogma. Kennedy does support gay rights as a whole, but don't kid yourself Roberts, Scalia, Alito and the opus dei neo-Catholics will reverse much of what this country stands for. We are in a world of hurt and have to elect a Democrat for President in 2016.
