If someone was able to make a court challenge against the Patriot Act,

would it be found unconstitutional?

Which probably means that they'd need to show that they'd been harmed by it. Which would be pretty impossible to prove. So I doubt the case, at this point in time, would get a hearing at the court.

But what do I know.

what with all the "polls" posted.

However, we should blame the system. I never vote in polls anymore, because now that names are displayed with responses, it's a way for other posters to track you. And then stalk. And then who knows what! We might have to flee.

Not to mention, I rarely note who posts what, so at beat this is meta data!

On serious note, probably because i am bad at noting who posts what, I wanted to find out if this is a hot issue for many, or just for some.
