I have finally started to just flat call out the idiots that spew the morning RNC/FUCK NEWS talking points what they are. LIARS.

I start nicely "ermm no that's not true, whoever you got that from lied to you."
if that don't get thru to them "No, that's a LIE, it's not true and you've gotten bad information."
and then if I have to go that far "I told you that's a LIE, you've been LIED to, and if you keep spreading that crap, you're a LIAR too"

surprisingly enough, I've only had to go to level 3 twice in the past week. and I ducked the punch both times.
