The reason I think Paul Ryan disowned Ayn Rand: the GOP may be working to try to bring their

coalition of tea partiers, religious righties, libertarians and conservatives together. Cause they were all over the ****ing place during the primaries. By getting rid of a 'leader' of the libertarians in Ayn Rand, they leave room for Romney to lead that group in this presidential election once Ron Paul supports him. Then maybe the libertarian base will have more in common with evangelicals if Libertarians don't worship somebody godless. Cause Romney has enough trouble making all the groups live together and have the christian right forgive him for being a mormon.

and of course all bets are off when a politician appears to not believe in Jesus, so he did what they do best: disown and run away, lest he get tarred with her "blasphemy." They tried to do that with Obama and the Rev. Jeremy Wright.
