Just remember a "legacy" from the previous shutdown in 1995

I don't know whether the White House kitchen was closed, but the president had a takeout pizza delivered to him by a White House female intern. Who then flashed her thongs..

Perhaps this is what the teabaggers have in mind - another shutdown that can lead to impeachment..
