Peggy Nooner is at it again.......

http://www.thewire.com/politics/2013/12/low-information-columnists-shouldnt-throw-stones/355777/

From the quotes she is almost as good at composing word salads as Caribou Barbie.
For four years I have been told, by those who’ve worked in the administration and those who’ve visited it as volunteers or contractors, that the Obama White House isn’t organized. It’s just full of chatter. … People speak airily, without point. They scroll down, see a call that has to be returned, pop out and then in again.

It does not sound like a professional operation. And this is both typical of White Houses and yet on some level extreme.

So - people in the Obama WH talk to each other, check their call logs, and sometimes walk in and out of their offices! And she has all this on good authority. Impeach Obama now!

And she should sue the plastic quack who did that to her face.

be opining about lack of seriousness in others.

I never heard it called the "who farted face" before but that is a priceless description. I always thought it was her attempt to look profound while pretending to listen to someone else's point but in fact she is anxiously waiting to get her memorized pithy quote into the conversation.

attention to what you are saying, but actually thinking to myself just how incredibly far below me you are", face.

We find it to be ab extra treat if she's on a panel with George Will.

Its great fun to watch them each try to win the "Most Dismissive and Condescending Remark" contest.

When Will's on, we sit in anticipation of his trademarked debate tactic ...

"Using an obscure historical reference in an analogy that can't be refuted because its based on a meaningless event that no one has ever heard of".

He does it at least once in almost every panel.

It's called Management By Walking Around. You know, people communicate....and not just on the phone/fax/internets, face to face. They get out and actually look at stuff, get a feel for the real world. Talk to their peers.

I guess that's kind of passe now.
