It's High Time to Change Virginia's Code Regarding Contested Elections

With Republican AG candidate's attorneys threatening to "contest" the election if the "recount" doesn't go their way, it highlights how insane it is to have a hyper-partisan body like the GOP-dominated state legislature decide such "contests." Time to change this.
