At this point in the 2016 race for the Democratic presidential nomination, the question isnt so much can anyone beat Hillary Clinton its will anyone dare run against her?
One Democratic campaign aide said Mrs. Clinton has effectively frozen the partys stable of donors, meaning few people are prepared to write checks for other prospective candidates until Mrs. Clinton declares her intentions.
But one person who doesnt seem deterred is Vice President Joe Biden. In an interview with CNN, Mr. Biden said, Theres no obvious reason for me why I think I should not run.
Mr. Biden wont be making up his mind any time soon, though. His timetable is the summer of 2015, he said, for when hell make a judgment as to who is the best qualified person.
