Rand Paul Reaches Out To George P. Bush For 'Advice' On Connecting With Hispanics

(2,529 posts)What does George P. Bush have in common with us? He was raised in the lap of luxury, went to an exclusive preparatory school and then to an ivy league school on a legacy. That's hardly the trek the average Hispanic has traveled. If we want to connect with other Hispanics, we'll choose Julian and Joaquin Castro.

(2,529 posts)Easy to do since there are so many of those cockroaches and have so little imagination that they repeat names like George, Prescott, Pierce and Walker over and over.
Senator Prescott Bush was the one who had dealings with Hitler and was the grandfather of George H.W. Bush.
George W. Bush, was George H.W. Bush's dimmest son.
Jeb Bush's son is George Prescott Bush, who is running for Land Commissioner in Texas and is 37 years old.
George P. Bush's mother, Columba, is from Mexico and he bills himself as Hispanic, which is laughable. Like I said, he's a preppy and a member of the 1% who has nothing in common with us. It's as insulting to pick him to try and appeal to us as it was to pick Palin as an attempt to lure women. What are they thinking? It's obvious they've been watching too much Duck Dynasty that they want to buy duck calls to bag enough ducks. Or fake Hispanics to bag the Latino vote.

(30,058 posts)He just wants the votes. If immigration reform can up he would probably vote against it.

He is the Bush family's ace in the hole and he is following the same path as others in TX. If Rand and George work on it, Paul could win TX in 2016.
If they can divide progressive and conservative hispanics, TX will continue on the same road that it has been going.
Never underestimate the long term planning that immense wealth can sustain.
It's not over until it's over.
