Republicans seek access to Mitt Romney money machine

Romney teamed with the Republican National Committee to raise $1 billion in 2012 and still controls perhaps the pre-eminent donor list in all of Republican politics. The pro-Romney super PAC Restore Our Future raised $150 million almost entirely from massive six- and seven-figure checks.

I have no problems with them raising money through Romney, but it is going to be a waste of time. However, I hope that he only uses his money for 2016 and not 2014. We are going to have enough work to do to keep the Senate and try to take the House. I really wish that Obama would get on TV through the Summer and really explains why it is important that people vote. Perhaps get some famous actors to also convince people to vote. If we lose the Senate and not gain back the House, it is literally going to be a long 2 years with NOTHING getting done. I know people realize that nothing has been done in two years already but it will be worse. If for no other reason, we need the Senate to continue for judges. It will be a DISASTER for our country if Republicans get 51 votes and is able to vote in any Tea party judge they want and he/she will be on the bench for 40 years. This needs to be mentioned over and over again.

Because "bi-partisanship." And the DEM base will eat it up. Just like always.
