Arizona Religious Freedom Bill

Ok, so Jan Brewer just needs to sign this to give government sanction to intolerance. But beware of what you ask for as the old saying says. In Arizona the average state income tax bill is about $500 per person. If a church was established and asked for a tithe of about $50, and the church's canon strictly forbid paying any money to a government agency as a violation of God's will, then those church members, under this law, would be exempt from paying Arizona income tax. Every tax paying resident in Arizona could "join" this church and Arizona would go broke.

We have to change the system of wealthy states giving money to poorer states. I refuse to bail out Arizon when we can't bail out Detroit - which always breaks blue.

Every once in awhile, she lays off the sauce and has a moment of humanity. I hope this is one of those times... regardless the courts will take a big shit all over this.

I'm hoping she has some sense, but I'm not going to give her too much credit.

Geez, the Temple Square Crowd just did one on the rest of Arizona. Ignorance is so blissful isn't it? Just made Johnny Boy McGummy's day. Church of the 9 houses, damn, such a deal. Maybe he could get his pal Little Lindsay to join.

Can't we all agree that discrimination is a bad thing?

Unbelievable that republicans want to treat us as second class citizens in the name of religious freedom. Disgusting.
