Senator Casey to vote NO on Debo Adegbile nomination

Criminal defense lawyers often represent people charged w/heinous crimes.....They're not representing people for jaywalking violations, unpaid traffic tickets, and shoplifting a pack of baseball cards....Mr Adegbile represented a man convicted of killing a Philadelphia Poilce officer in 1981, hence the opposition from Mr. Casey.

The Adegbile vote (along with the cloture vote on 4 judicial nominations) has been postponed until Tues due to the weather....
