will sound in the ears of the voters. I think they may discover that conduct they find shocking is precisely what voters want.

what with brilliant ideas like this. I remember the last time that they were in charge of the House, they seemed more concerned about "diploma mills" than waste, fraud, and abuse in Iraq.


Of course, what passes as an "oversight" hearing to them always comes off to me as more or less a "show trial".

They should be more worried about getting themselves re-elected. Newt could be a huge liability for the Republicans in Congress if he gets the nomination.
