7. My theory: He will come out as gay. If he doesn't outright capture the nom his job is to take

some of the LGBT votes from the dem party. Now that much of the legislation/court rulings the LGBT voters wanted have been passed some of the more conservative inclined may move onto other issues. Graham will serve as the candidate who gets them to listen to the GOP platform and possibly switch their party allegiance.

I don't think that he will be able to survive an entire primary season in the closet unless the powers that be coordinate with the press, but I don't know is even that could be done. Graham is the most sensible and pragmatic of the right wingers. He could get some votes.
