2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumBernie Sanders merchandise?
I'd like to get a "Bernie" ball cap and a couple campaign buttons.
Does anyone know if any are available for sale online?
I'd prefer to buy from his campaign, but I see no mention of any merchandise for sale at this time;
just fund raising.
Thanks.

(41,171 posts)Below is a link to 'DEMOCRATIC STUFF' posted on DU, probably from DUer 'Omaha Steve' who is very active.
I'm sure there is high demand for items right now. The official *campaign website for Bernie may need you to join with your email, etc. to access any merchandise for sale. Some campaigns hand it over to large outlets.
I just checked the new DU *'Bernie Sanders Group' (under 'Groups/Forums' Tab Section) but didn't notice anything about campaign stuff. For updates you might want to check that *Group, or contact Omaha Steve.
In a few days more things might be available--yard signs, caps, bumper stickers, etc. Good luck!
(*There's a very cute, new Vermont made**'BERNIE BEAR' stuffed toy. I'll send the link-).

(34,195 posts)Took hours of repeated trying but I was finally able to order a pin and tote bag.
Hopefully the website was busy with Sanders supporters buying gear.

I got my Bernie tote bag and campaign (?) pin in today's mail.
The bag is high quality, appears quite sturdy, and I'm very pleased with it. I feel it is well worth the price (I think it was $13?).
The pin is also very nice and good looking. I'll wear it with pride.
If this is an example of their merchandise, I highly recommend the items and the seller.

(41,171 posts)pretty fast. Credit goes to veteran DU member and legend *Omaha Steve for the 'Dem. Stuff' post I remembered. Steve's a regular poster of many important issues and resources.
He should get some credit and feedback- short note about the items. I can do it but would be nicer from you. Whatever you think, just drop me a word.
Thanks,

(41,171 posts)The SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES (link below) outline DELIVERY TIMES & TYPES.
Their CONTACT/HELP page (link below) lists a "CUSTOMER CARE" PHONE NUMBER to call, *1-800-844-3739, or *937-547-4800, if you need to contact them. To contact by*email use, democraticstuff@tigereyedesign.com.
How did you place your order, online or by phone? Whether you placed the order online or by phone you should have been given an *ORDER NO. or CONFIRMATION NO. for the items you purchased that you will need when contacting a representative.
If you need to call them and no one answers by phone, I suggest you leave a brief message- with your Name, Contact Phone No., merchandise Order No., What items you ordered and When, & anything else important.
Good luck, Customer Service these days is conducted less by phone, and more by email notes.

(34,195 posts)I dug through my emails and found a response saying it's coming via USPS (snail mail).
My curiosity was raised when I got an email this morning from UPS saying I'm receiving a package tomorrow for which I need sign,
and had an indication that it is coming from Amazon.
I am not expecting anything from Amazon (although I order from them frequently).
I checked my Amazon account and it shows nothing I may have ordered and forgot.
As the email I got today comes from my account with UPS (which I set up in the past to alert me to upcoming deliveries)
I am assuming it's real.
Maybe someone is sending me a gift?
The email did not ask for any personal (bank) info nor promise me millions from a Nigerian Prince.

(41,171 posts)In Texas. Their Customer Service Page address says: Greenville, Ohio (at least it's not Beijing).
In my experience *sometimes* private mail companies switch around. They say Fed Ex or UPS delivery, then pass off the last leg to the good old US Postal Service govt. workers for the final stretch. Ya never know-

In an MSNBC news interview recently, when discussing the TBTF, Too Big to Fail Banks, Bernie mentioned they should be broken up, also smthg. about Teddy Roosevelt. This news article below mentions that the Senator has an affinity for TR, Progressive President THEODORE ROOSEVELT, the famous 'Trust Buster'. It's a natural affinity!
