I would add that he feels President Obama hasn't received the credit he deserves but then so does Hillary...

Hillary's support.

People want real change, no status quo candidate is going to deliver that.

The public wants us out of all these wars.

Biden voted for War.

He would be viewed as a continuation of the status quo.
