giving hell to Wall Street, or threads that discuss fracking, the TPP, drone killing, etc. The two wings of the Democratic Party are obviously represented here in DU.

I have reservations about these polls because I encountered threads early spring which use indicated use of such polls to create black-ball lists of people who support opposing candidates. I don't know if anyone shares my experience but there it is.

Also if you think that DU produces biased polls toward a candidate who isn't your choice, you might want to make those polls look even more out of whack...not playing could do that...

But, I'm not a mind read, have no idea of why people do or don't participate, and recognize it's entirely their choice.

I am not of the group think that I can vote against my interests due to the blue vs red thingy. That would be like the poor white southerners always voting against their interests.
