I am taking a hiatus watching the news.

There is simply too much Trump. If I live to be a thousand I will not understand how Trump can be taken seriously by any reputable news organization. MSNBC is actually worse than CNN on this one, I think. It boggles the mind.

If you can get BBC or Al Jazeera, they have more variety in their news and very little Trump. As far as MSNBC, it appears they are trying really hard to be Fox instead of CNN. I almost expect to see Rachel doing her show in a short skirt and high heels. Just kidding. I'm sure hell would freeze over before Rachel condescends that much.

Clear your mind and your soul, Laffy Kat. You'll be back soon enough! And don't worry, the Donald will still be around even after he quits the campaign.

but turn it around a minute. MSNBC is actually doing the Dems a service, making sure all the garbage Trump is spewing is getting plenty of air time. It's going to stick in peoples minds come November 2016, and it's going to stick to the GOP like glue. I get sick of The Donald pretty fast myself, but I just love the toxic waste he's putting out.

That was my mind set too--at first. It's just gotten to be too much. You know, I have sort of a love-hate relationship with Bill Mahr, but one thing he said is so true: "Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people." or something like that. The Trump thing slaps you in the face with "it".

But I have super fast internet service ...

I watch anything I want to watch, not the 'historical' nonsense that news editors and pundits want to shove down my throat ...

I rule my life, and I control where I get my news - Not some 700 Club castoff, trying to sneak a demeaning aside in against a liberal/etc ...

You can continue to be force fed 'facts' ... Have fun with that ...
