Support Wayne Powell (D) against Cantor

Endorsement from Progressive Democrats of America

The official announcement on the National Progressive Democrats of America website reads:

Wayne received the local 7th District local chapter endorsement in October. In addition to a local endorsement, candidates seeking National endorsement must also be endorsed by the state. PDA Virginia emailed a questionnaire to their membership; PDA Virginia voted to endorse Wayne Powell.

Meanwhile: cantor

He indefinitely postponed the majority-supported "Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act".
On December 7, 2011, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor indefinitely postponed a scheduled markup of the legislation. The bill currently has 235 co-sponsors- 153 Democrats and 82 Republicans. A bill needs 218 votes for passage by the House of Representatives.

This bill had enough support and co-sponsors to PASS had it finished going through the process and gone to voting, but Eric Cantor prevented any voting to occur by indefinitely postponing it.
