Breaking DU for Bernie at Act Blue news

We just went over the 400 donations mark. $11,800 div 401 donations = $29.43 per donation.

This happened while some DUers are saving for Bernie's birthday bomb on Sept 8th.

We have a full week to go to raise $200 to make our goal for the month of $12,000. That will keep our average of $3,000 a month intact!

Donate to DU for Bernie at Act Blue here: https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/duforbernie

We are still the # 3 money raiser for Bernie at Act Blue.

Bernie's campaign uses Act Blue too. This just keeps a total of $ donated by DUers and friends.

All the donated $ to Bernie goes to Bernie except for the actual charge card fee by law: http://support.actblue.com/faq#q15

Fees all vendors pay to use your credit card from a vendors perspective: http://paysimple.com/credit_card_rates_explained.html

IF you give a tip it goes to Act Blue, the most successful Democratic $ raising PAC for their in house expenses like rent, payroll, IT, etc.

It takes a few minutes for the tote board to show your donation on the now live goal o meter just below.

2. I'm one of those "little donors" but it's authorized to come out of my account monthly.

That's what I'd like to encourage other small donors to do who don't have the ability to do large donations...every little bit helps and it's OK that it comes out every month.

4. While I have a small monthly through Act Blue, I'll kick in via DU too.

Not a monthly, and not a lot, but happy to do it. Thanks OS!

On Edit; what two groups are raising more?

Omaha Steve's DU link. It's up to you, but it does so much for OS's morale.

I gave a few rather hefty (for me) donations as soon as Bernie declared, and in July started monthly donations through Act Blue. Since I rarely watch television anymore, am thinking of getting rid of cable service and upping the monthly payment to Bernie's campaign.

15. Thanks for posting the record. IMO, Senator Sanders needs donations, so his voice can be heard.

I like both Senator Sanders and Mrs. Clinton. but this year I donated only to Sanders so his voice can continue be heard early, along with Mrs. Clintons voice.
