Way too intent on Christie, and with a weird grin.

so that securities fraud would be exempted from NJ's consumer fraud laws. Christie was successful. How'd that work out? People will be able to 'get' that Christie's work helped promote securities fraud that contributed to crashing of the economy for most Americans.

After spending months defending his work with Bain, no way will Romney add Christie's problems to his.

To try to mitigate all the Southern evangelicals who are spooked by the LDS.

Also no way Romney wants a spark plug like Christie as his number 2. I'm thinking he picks someone with ties to the fundamentalists not a northeastern governor who's not a radical rightie when it comes to social issues.

Right now Christie's riding high in NJ. He did a good job in handling the hurricane this summer and it looks like he's good for re-election. Christie would be smart to sit this one out, do his best to elect Romney to show he's a good party guy and then when Mittens goes down to defeat (I hope) be ready to run in 2016.
