LOL, now a Democrat wanting to increase spending is BAD thing???? You Hillary supporters........

crack me up!

The shit Bernie wants is unbelievable. Damn him!!!!

universal health-care system. Tens of billions more would be spent on infrastructure, a Social Security expansion and free tuition at public colleges

I understand the hillary supporters being nervous but slamming spending on these items is idiotic!

Almost every problem in this country was caused by right wing policies. Why would the Democratic party move to the right? Nothing good has EVER come from the right. It defies rationale.

President Obama used to talk about "Good ideas" the Grand Ol' Perverts had.

I don't think they've had 1 policy in since the Reagan Revolution/Coup that worked for anyone other than the 1%.

I'll take what he is proposing and hopefully in the future that will increase as we stop spending TRILLIONS on MIC enriching Defense Contractors and taking from the most vulnerable Americans.

Are you sure Dems are objecting to this? I KNOW Repubs will have a fit over money going to the PEOPLE, but I've never HEARD of a Dem wanting to spend Trillions on Bailing out Wall St and/or on WAR while objecting to investing in the People.

Admittedly I haven't caught up to this story yet.

Corporate welfare needs to be ended. And the uber wealthy need to pay their fair share of taxes.
Then spending on the country's real needs will be possible and more palatable.

have been controlling things for so long. There'a another P party, the People themselves who have suffered for so long under the oppressive policies of the Rich and Powerful. THEY will determine whether or not they get to continue their theft of this country's resources.

And they are no longer looking at party labels, it worked for so long but we are now seeing people from across the political spectrum joining together to end the corruption that has taken hold of our government.

Elizabeth Warren put it right 'the system is rigged'. Nothing can be accomplished as even Biden acknowledged recently, until it is unrigged. And that has to start by removing the bribe money they use to buy our government.

Making that for many people, the #1 issue in this campaign.

We know they will work overtime to STOP the people from taking control of their government, they will be as brutal as possible.

The people will have to keep on exposing them when they do so, not be lulled into apathy again and stand up and fight them hard, this time.

Or things will only get worse. I think people feel this now, and are willing to fight them. But it will take millions and millions of people uniting against a system that works only for the top 1%

She doesn't want to redistribute the pie, she wants the pie to get bigger for everyone! Which tacitly means she wants the rich to get even richer. She'll never say it, but what she's offering is a warmed-over version of trickle-down economics.

How does Bernie plan to pay for all of this new spending?

From what I can see with a graduate degree in public policy, the money is not there to do what he wants.

Frankly, I don't believe much from politicians about what they will do unless I can see how they will get it done.

That's business.

Helping no one but the RW. Lots of fun, though, this bashing without evidence...and so easy to do also.

Fire away denying the obvious....it makes for fun times for all to see.
