Does anyone know how to watch the dabate online

I live overseas and want to watch the debate, and I just read that you had to be in the States to live stream it from CNN. I'm afraid that I'm a bit computer dumb. I've been trying to look up things but have found nothing.

I tried to view a few sites and it was hit or miss. Most proxy/vpn services seem to be on a subscription basis now. It was much easier to find free services a few year back.
