Lindsey was pretty funny at the Little Kids Table Debate --

just saw some clips.

He seems so much more NORMAL than so many of these whacks in the top tier. At least when he's not in lock step with McCain's hawk stance.

Too bad a long-serving senator who is one of the 'old school' has essentially been dismissed.

That's all. Not going to cross the aisle to support him, but always want to give credit where credit is due.

It's all about the ratings, and he's not garnering any coverage. gateley Sep 2015 #4

Out of all sixteen candidates, he seemed the most likely to be able to almost pass an eighth-grade civics test. He also deemed his military service as a JAG in Europe during the Reagan years to be equal to battlefield experience. Graham would win, hands down, if the grading was based on huffy pissyness.

pull a Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld and try to bypass congress.

It IS worrisome that so much of the house (and the senate, now) are fucking right wing whacks, so he'd probably get the support.

Thankfully, I don't think we'll have to worry about him having the opportunity.

Really weird guy. It's like there is an on/off switch inside of him.

"Well, the court has decided on same sex marriage and it's the law of the lan... BOMB IRAN! BOMB THEM ALL TO HELL! ....and I stand by my remarks that Hillary Clinton has done great things for Afric... WE NEED TO INVADE EVERYWHERE RIGHT FUCKING NOW! ...but these guys just want to fling insults and not do the hard work of finding common ground in order to advance our common interests."

He's got Ayatollah Tourettes or something.

I think when you look into/at something you're afraid of, you oftentimes just focus on the scary things that support your fear -- and that fear grows.

I speak from experience. I think that can be human nature.

If he divorces McCain and starts listening to his buddy Joe Biden, maybe he'd change his mind.

But as I said, ultimately don't think it's something we'll have to worry about -- as far as Lindsey is concerned, anyway.
