Hillary Clinton vowed to protect ObamaCare on Wednesday, one day before unveiling her own plan to make a mark on healthcare reform.
Its not just a political issue, its a moral issue, the 2016 front-runner for the Democratic nomination said, according to the Baton Rouge Advocate.
Underscoring the 16 million people who gained insurance under the law, Clinton vowed to prevent the GOP from rolling back its progress.
"I was so proud to be part of the Obama administration when he signed the Affordable Care Act, she told the crowd of 1,200 people in Baton Rouge. "I'm not going to let them rip away the progress we've made."

(16,286 posts)Speaking to a closed-to-the-press meeting of the "HIMSS14" (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Conference 2014) in Orlando Florida on February 26th, she condemned the Canadian and other nations' single-payer healthcare systems by saying, "We don't have one size fits all; our country is quite diverse. What works in New York City won't work in Albuquerque." The presumption is that what works in Canada cannot work here, that local control must trump everything in order to fix what's wrong with American health care.

The present ACA saved the health insurance industry for a few years. Bernie will save people with his plans.
