More far right racism
My wife and I have been friends with a couple for years. They are right, we are left. We get along great, and agreed a long time ago not to discuss politics when socializing. It's worked out great until yesterday. His wife decided to send out the picture of Ray nnnn, in GA, that posted a sign in front of his business, with the line of Obama can kiss my ass. I'm sure some of you have seen it. Her notation was "I love it - we should support this guy".
The sign and it's context indicates that Good ole Ray was clueless about what Obama had said, and took his words out of context. This thing went viral, and when I tried to contact Ray, his website was down. Gee I wonder why? Well, we (the couple) started exchanging Emails, to where the husband started chiming in on the Email. Come to find out, he a a big far right supporter, and absolutely hates Obama. He ignored all the facts that were presented to him, and it finally came out that he hated Obama because of several racist reasons. I cannot put them in this Email. Everyone has known over the past several years how racist the right were, but now I have proof. I swear they'd vote for a 21 year uneducated old homeless man before they'd vote for Obama. And the best they can come up with is Rmoney? Well, folks, racism is alive and well in this country, and the far right have a tight grip on it. How sad. What year is this?
Aren't we in the 21st century? I do not know what will become of our relationship, as I have 0 tolerance for racism. At this point, I could care less what happens to them. And life goes on.
