(4,533 posts)Polls sometimes interview a disproportionate number of members of a subgroup to get enough data to correctly measure that subgroup, given statistical variability, but then they appropriately (under)weigh the results of that subgroup so that the final total result is not biased by the oversampling.

and are weighted so Hispanics are not over-represented in the overall national sample."
The sample was weighted; therefore, no oversampling occurred.

If FOX NEWS has Obama up by 9, then the MitTwit's merry band of musketeers must REALLY be quaking in their chiffon and man tights.
I don't think he's going to make it to the convention, honestly.

This is not only bad news for Romney, it is bad news for congressional and senate candidates as well and could mean that November will be a "wave election" in favor of Democrats.
