A President makes thousands of decisions that effect millions, even billions of people.
Often enough these decisions are done with little time or little information.
If Biden can't make the very simple choice of running then we (the entire planet) don't need him.
It's time for Biden to say he was honored to serve the people, but he will not be running for POTUS.
