Related: About this forumJoe Biden agrees with Bernie Sanders on Free College
"We need to commit to 16 years of free public education for all of our children, Biden said (Wednesday). We all know that 12 years of public education is not enough. As a nation, lets make the same commitment to a college education today that we made to a high school education 100 years ago."

(8,620 posts)Trump's kids, and the 1%ers she alludes to are not going to go to a public university. And that's what Bernie is referring to in his plan, public colleges and universities. It would be a good thing if they did, since they'd have to rub elbows with regular kids and they might learn something, but it's not gonna happen.

(23,272 posts)Now he says it should be free? After ensuring the loan agencies have raked in trillions off the backs of our brightest minds, now he thinks free is a good idea?
His actions have thrust so many millions of people into abject despair...
Smh...
