While the Dow Jones plunged, GOP overseas junket took a fun dip. Whee!

We're the party of responsibility! Accountability!

I'm all for vacations and some fun swimming - but on an annual, donor funded "fact finding" junket? Nah. Take a dip on your own time.

what facts did they discover in their "research"?

"This fine gourmet charcoal grill restaurant also has splendid catering facilities for events or celebration, from 30 to 3,000 guests.
Decks specializes in the ancient Biblical Grill, and the fragrant American Hickory Wood Grill. Meat is young, tender, free-range & fresh, direct from the Golan Height opposite. Decks has its own refrigeration room where the meats for certain dishes are ‘aged’ to perfection.
THE MENU is hearty yet simple, served in generous portions. The menu is always fresh with dishes changing according to season."

let alone the days going forward, what to do with clothing drenched (or left on the shore) in the Sea of Gallilee. Is it now sacred? Were they inspired to test out Walking on Water? Bet those donors have a few opinions.
