O'Malley crashes GOP debate

He may not be the strongest cadidate (yet?) but there are so many things to like about him. He is leading the charge to get the party to take gun violence seriously.

4. This type of dismissive comment about a Dem trying to advocate better gun laws

is indicative of someone who either didn't read the OP or is too partisan to give Gov O'Malley credit for fighting for what he believes in.

You take the issues fight to where you can get visibility.

2. Interesting, if desperate choice of words in there.

"In our own party, I am doing my very best to build a new consensus and once Secretary Clinton and Senator Sanders get done bickering and shouting about who's sexist and who is not, I hope they'll come back to the main issue here, which is that we need common-sense gun safety legislation in our country,” he said during the press conference.

So his choice of words to describe what Clinton and Sanders are doing includes 'shouting', which Clinton already declared was sexist even when Bernie was not talking directly about her? But he's going to go there in talking specifically about her? He's saying he WANTS to be considered sexist?

3. Clinton declared the word shouting sexist

If he had said shrill or hysterical or whining, I could see that. But "shouting" is a much broader term that I have not seen directed at women more than men.
