Rattner's tax charts belie Romney's assertion that his concern's for the middle class

Rattner returns with charts: On Obama's tax plan, SOTU, tax change for top 1%

He's back again.

Financier Steve Rattner returned to Morning Joe today to preview the president's upcoming State of the Union address, which will discuss the economy, income disparity and U.S. jobs creation.

Here are Rattner's charts and a brief intro to them. You can watch the video below, too:

Rattner: If you take a quick look at the various tax plans that are coming forward, we know that President Obama is on record as favoring a repeal of the Bush tax cuts for the highest income earners. This is the top two or maybe three percent of people whose tax rates would go from maybe 35 to 39 percent…Romney would maintain the Bush tax cuts as they are. Gingrich would give people this choice between the Bush tax cuts and a flat tax of 15 percent.
