She seems to favor ass kissers over people with ability. Cost her big time in 2008.

It should be a big red flag when choosing a presidential candidate. If she can't hire a halfway decent "communications director" how can you have any confidence in her choices for cabinet or staff positions? What kind of SCOTUS nominees would she put forward?
