Don't you just hate it

when your narrative of inevitability gets smashed to pieces?

That was a kind ass-handing as I have ever seen.

I love Bernie - he even wants the best for Clinton folks.

I'm rather stunned at the wellspring of compassion he has.

Not referring to you Aerows because you don't act like that.

But some few do. It's tiresome. They should listen to him.

I think O'Malley did best actually.

I wish the Bernie supporters here on DU were more gracious.

I am undecided, and try to stay out of GD P because of all the anger and intensity from both sides.

There are only a few nasty posters on either side, and we all know who they are.

They'll not change anyone's mind.

There are 8 Bernie supporters to every 2 for Clinton, and your finding is that the amount of nastiness is somewhat equal. That would mean the Clinton supporters are 4 times more nasty. That is pretty much how I see it too.

If you believe that the Bernie supporters are the big ol meanies, perhaps you should examine where you got that notion.

attacks on Bernie and Bernie supporters.

When innocent people are falsely accused of being racist, sexist, etc., good people have a tendency to come to their defense, and retaliate and take preventive measures against further attacks.

Those who worked so hard to spread the false meme that Bernie and Bernie supporters are racist and sexist made a huge tactical blunder. It caused many to closely examine Clinton's past, and determine that she would not make an acceptable POTUS. This tactical blunder woke up a sleeping giant, and the giant is now fully alert and aware, and will not be going back to sleep, ever.

Most of what some consider Bernie supporters being negative is Bernie supporters simply posting facts. It is amazing how many people conflate the posting of verifiable facts with being negative.

mean posters.

Most of the time I don't pay too much attention to the screen names, but in the past few months I have finally started doing so, and while I don't have any one on Ignore, I've learned not to pay attention to certain people.

I also very often start a response to a thread or a posting, and half way through I've had the satisfaction of typing what I wanted to say, but don't post.

I know you're aware of why we can't.

I know you're aware that we tried that shit and got our reward.

At this point I say fuck civility.
