By the way, all three candidates were damned good.

Who won? The Democrats because they showed the country how adults act when pressed on issues, unlike the GOP debates which all look like a kids' table food fight, or a WWF cage match.

This US Presidency is serious stuff. One should take it very seriously. It is not a sport. One should make ones choice with serious deliberation.

That is why Rachel's forum was so fucking good and why the GOP debates are more akin to a WWF cage match. I mean, what use is a cage match with 16 in the cage, even when one divides them into adult and kiddies cages. It is still a fucking WWF cage match where no useful information is provided. And the winner is chosen in a spin room? Where everybody is declared a winner? Oh dear!

I would rather we have something like what Rachel did tonight, where the moderator can auger down on issues and the candidates cannot get away with a 30 second sound bite, but have a chance to go into depth. (Can one imagine Ben Carson in such a situation? One shudders in horror.)

BTW, all three candidates, and especially Rachel Maddow, came off wonderfully.

Even for those of us who don't watch in "Real Time" or who've pulled the plug or just hit it on the Net....it's still good to know their "Massaging" of the Message of Public Opinion for those who still watch...just to keep up with the Propaganda from the Think Tanks and Special Interests.
