the word "lie"

I think it marks a major turning point.

I don't remember when I've ever seen the media actually use the word lie to describe anything a politician said. Not ever.

Next up: liar. Will they cross that bridge too?

and I see it here tonight in a blog post by Andrew Sullivan.

It's as if once that ground was broken yesterday, everybody started using it, sometimes in titles, others in lead sentences.
