New year, same Donald Trump. The Republican candidate spoke to a group of supporters at Hilton Head this week and warned that Bernie Sanders would effectively remove golf from their lives because of tax hikes.

"You'll have to move out — I love this area by the way, I've been here many times, said Trump. "Great golfing area, right? We love it. No more golf — no more golf. You won't have any golf any more. You won't have any money left to be golfing.”

He claims Sanders will raise taxes to 90 percent, and no one will ever be able to afford golf again.

Strangely enough, when the tax rate WAS 90 percent, people golfed all the damn time.
