How many firehouses have lights on the floor?
None.
But a candidate sitting in a firehouse doesn't want those bags below the eyes to show...
so we get lighting from below.
I'm pretty sure this is no accident. If you want to manipulate the light you are seen in...what else are you willing to manipulate to put you in a 'good light'?
