This is incredible news for Sanders supporters in Iowa.

It's unlikely that MOM will be viable in the vast majority of Iowa precincts. You must get 15 percent of total caucus goers in a precinct, to be viable in that precinct. All of those O'Malley supporters will have to join another camp (or sit out the process).

I'm happy to see these stats, and I will be welcoming any MOM supporters over to our Bernie camp on caucus night, if their candidates is not viable and if are interested.

26 days to go!

I guess things aren't as dire in the real world as they are on DU.

It's a mistake to take things on this website too seriously, or as an indication of what's going on outside the walls of this isolated fortress. It's great fun and all, but nothing at all like reality.

I was leaning toward thinking O'Malley supporters second choice would be Clinton. I am glad we are basically on the same page though, I can't think of any policy issues I disagree with MO'M on. Bernie edges out MO'M for me just because he seems scrappier and I just love his persona of being kinda grumpy though he does have a great sense of humor too.

but I'm shocked to see MO'M's not #2 for all/most of the other two. I have serious doubts about the accuracy of this (as well as ALL) polls.

This may show how little chance O'Malley has - even if one of the top two had to pull out, he would be in worse shape not better - as the one of Sanders/Clinton left would be incredibly ahead.

If this were Iowa, it would be more interesting because the O'Malley supporters are likely in many locations to be under the 15% threshold. If the numbers were the same, Bernie nets a few extra points.
