Saw nothing about this here, so I thought I'd give people a heads up. Watching MSNBC, Trump's speech is constantly getting interrupted by chants of Bernie! Bernie! Bernie! It's quite the sight! People were not allowed to come inside without pledging support for Trump, but it seems that a bunch of Bernie supporters made it through. Chris Hayes interviewed a lady who was turned away for not pledging support.
Snip........
From Lady Libertine in the comments citing the Hill:
Republican front-runner Donald Trump directed security to kick out Bernie Sanders supporters from his Vermont rally and to confiscate their coats.
"Throw them out into the cold," Trump ordered security, as protesters shouted "Bernie! Bernie!" during his rally Thursday night in Burlington, Vt.
"Don't give them their coats," Trump added. "No coats! Confiscate their coats."
...
Trump said it was "fun" to have the protesters attend his events and kick them out.
"It's about 10 degrees below zero outside... You can keep his coat; tell him we'll send it to him in a couple of weeks," Trump told security.
"You know it's sort of fun. Isn't this more exciting?" Trump added. "You know, you go to a Hillary thing. It's like, boring. You go to a Jeb thing and you fall asleep.
"Are there any remnants?" Trump later asked, as another protester shouted out.
"There's a remnant," he said, pointing. "Throw him out."

(94,535 posts)...I'm a free speech absolutist and I support the right to speak out, regardless of how ignorant or bigoted the speech is. If Trump was speaking in public, I'd say have at him; but this was a private event in privately rented space. He has the right to share his message without interruption; and Bernie Sanders has the right to share his the same way. Remember how happy everyone was when Sanders slapped down a heckler at his speech in Amherst? If you support interruptions of a Trump event, you can't object when your candidate is subject to the same treatment.
