What Is the Cootie Factor in the Democratic Primaries?

Boys have cooties. Girls have cooties. We all remember those warnings from our experiences as third-graders. Mostly, we all stop worrying about cooties when we hit puberty, but do they still linger? Are they affecting our decisions about voting in the upcoming primary elections? Which candidate has the least cooties? Are some cooties worse than others? Can they be detected, even by erstwhile adults?
